Egg White Recipe Seasoning Paste
White Eggs Seasoning Paste is a fitting dish eaten during the day. Few tips before trying the recipes, specially cooked egg whites do not be too long on the fire (steamed and fried), so as not tough.
Egg White Material Seasoning Paste:
Egg white chicken, 500 ml, steamed, cut into 1.5cm dice
Shrimp, 100 grams
Chicken broth, 100 ml
Cooking oil, 500 ml
Seasoning Seasoning Paste Egg Whites:
Garlic, 3 cloves, thinly sliced
Red onion, 3 eggs, thinly sliced
Green peppers, 2 pieces, cut thin oblique
Cayenne pepper, 5 pieces, cut into thin oblique
Paste, 3 tablespoons
Soy sauce, 1 tablespoon
Salt, to taste
Granulated sugar, 1/2 teaspoon
How to make Egg White Seasoning Paste:
Heat oil, fry the egg white to yellow-brown. Remove and drain.
Heat 2 tbsp oil, saute shrimp , garlic and shallots until fragrant.
Add other seasonings and stir well.
Pour broth, bring to a boil.
Enter the egg whites, and cook until water is shrinking. Lift. Serve.
