Seafood Kebab Recipe Bendega

Seafood kebabs ... hmmm, just heard his name already imagine the delicious cuisine. Gurihnya squid tuna combined plus shrimp certainly very appetizing seafood lovers. Recipe of the special portion of Bendega restaurant is worth a try.

Seafood Kebab Ingredients:

  • Onions, 1 fruit, diced
  • Tuna fish , 200 grams, diced
  • Red bell pepper, 1 piece, cut into
  • Green pepper, 1 piece, cut into
  • Squid, 200 grams, clean the skin, cut into chunks
  • Medium-size shrimp, 200 grams
  • Bay leaves, 3 pieces
  • Cooking oil, 2 tablespoons

Subtle Seasonings:

  • Red chili, 5 pieces
  • Cayenne pepper, 3 pieces (according to taste)
  • Pecan, 3 eggs
  • Kencur small size, 3 pieces
  • Turmeric, 2 knuckles
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste
How to make Bendega Kebab Seafood:

  1. Heat oil, saute ground spices and bay leaves until fragrant. Lift.
