Beer Recipe pletok
Although the name of this drink beer , but not intoxicating. Drinks are typical of betawi this would have efficacy warm the body.
Materials Beer pletok:
- Water, 2 liters
- Ginger, 350 grams, crushed
- Cloves, 6 points
- Cinnamon, 5 cm
- Cardamom, 3 seed
- Lemongrass, 5 stems, crushed

- Nutmeg, 1/2 grain, crushed
- Sugar, 500 grams

How to make Beer pletok:
