Recipes Seafood Tempura
Tempura is a Japanese food such as seafood or vegetables dipped in flour batter and then fried.
Seafood Tempura Ingredients:
- Tiger shrimp , 6 tails, peeled, leaving tail
- Squid, 100 grams, cleaned, cut to the size of 5 × 5 cm
- Crab Sticks , 5 pieces, cut to taste
- Wheat flour for fried food, 75 grams
- Corn flour, 15 grams
- Rice flour, 25 grams
- Ice water, 200 ml
- Garlic powder, 1 teaspoon
- Pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt, to taste
Sauce:
- Vinegar, 1 tablespoon
- Kikoman , 2 tablespoons
- Granulated sugar, 1/2 tablespoon
- Sesame oil, 1 tablespoon
- Chili powder, 1 teaspoon
How to make Seafood Tempura:
- Marinate meat, squid and crab stick with salt and pepper, set aside.
- Mix the flour, rice flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir well.
- Pour in the flour dough ice water gradually while stirring until blended.
- Roll shrimp, squid and crab stick in wheat flour.
- Dip shrimp, squid and crab stick into the flour mixture.
- Heat oil, fry shrimp, squid and crab stick until browned. Remove and drain.
- Sauce: Mix all the sauce ingredients and stir well. Serve with seafood tempura sauce.
