Crab Curry Recipe Bendega

Cuisine Crab / Crab is very tempting, especially for fans of crab. With the right level of spicy seasonings combined with typical asia felt a tongue would not stop shaking.
Crab Curry Ingredients Bendega:
  • Fresh crabs, 200 gram, clear
  • Margarine / cooking oil, 2 tablespoons
  • Coconut milk , 500 ml
Crab Curry Seasoning Bendega:
  • Red pepper, 2 pieces
  • Cayenne pepper, 2 pieces
  • Red onion, 3 eggs
  • Garlic, 2 cloves
  • Turmeric, 2 knuckles, puree
  • Pecan, 2 eggs
  • Ginger , 2 knuckles, crushed
  • Galangal, 2 fingers, crushed
How to make Curry Crab Bendega:
  1. Finely chop all ingredients except ginger and galangal.
  2. Heat oil and saute all chopped herbs until fragrant.
  3. Enter ginger and galangal. Pour coconut milk, cook until boiling milk while stirring occasionally so as not to break.
  4. Enter crab, cook over a high heat until cooked crab about 15 minutes. Remove and serve.
