Crab Curry Recipe Bendega
Cuisine Crab / Crab is very tempting, especially for fans of crab. With the right level of spicy seasonings combined with typical asia felt a tongue would not stop shaking.
Crab Curry Ingredients Bendega:
- Fresh crabs, 200 gram, clear
- Margarine / cooking oil, 2 tablespoons
- Coconut milk , 500 ml
Crab Curry Seasoning Bendega:
- Red pepper, 2 pieces
- Cayenne pepper, 2 pieces
- Red onion, 3 eggs
- Garlic, 2 cloves
- Turmeric, 2 knuckles, puree
- Pecan, 2 eggs
- Ginger , 2 knuckles, crushed
- Galangal, 2 fingers, crushed
How to make Curry Crab Bendega:
- Finely chop all ingredients except ginger and galangal.
- Heat oil and saute all chopped herbs until fragrant.
- Enter ginger and galangal. Pour coconut milk, cook until boiling milk while stirring occasionally so as not to break.
- Enter crab, cook over a high heat until cooked crab about 15 minutes. Remove and serve.
