Tofu contains a lot of water, so extract the water from tofu well and it's also better to make this dish just before eating. A little bit salt and pepper go well with this dish. You can put in any vegetables you like.
Ingredients
- 300 g tofu (roughly mashed)
- 10 cm Japanese leek (cut into small pieces)
- 1/3 mushroom (tear into pieces)
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper
- 1/2 to 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp white sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper
- Nori seaweed for topping (optional)
Method
- Put crushed red pepper and sesame oil in a pan and turn on the low heat. Cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Add mashed tofu, Japanese leek, mushroom, turn the heat to medium, and cook until the liquid is almost gone. Put in the soy sauce and stir well.
- Pour in the beaten egg and shake the pan while stirring for 10~15 seconds, turn off the heat, add sesame seeds, season with salt and pepper.
- Top with seaweed before serving.
