Pasta with mushrooms |
Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 1 cup scallions
- 500 gr mushrooms (we used Shitake, Shimeji and Nameko)
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 1/2 cup parsley +
Method
- Prepare the constituents.
- The mushrooms (Shitake, Shimeji and Nameko).
- Grind the onion along with the scallion that has a mixer, convey a hot pan and fry them in certain olive oil.
- Add the mushrooms, fresh shitake first (if you opt to use it).
- Then add the opposite mushrooms and fry for other 3 minutes; add the white wine and let evaporate.
- Add the heavy cream.
- Cook for around 2 minutes.
- Add parsley.
- Cook the pasta, and hang up on the mushroom sauce; mix them well.
- Serve hot.
