Cupcake Ingredients:
200 gr flour
120 g butter
150 grams sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 chicken eggs
75 ml fresh milk
1 tsp cocoa powder
10 ml strong coffee
Topping:
powdered sugar
How to Make:
1. Beat the butter, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy
2. Add the eggs one at a time and shake again until really fluffy
3. Stir in the flour and mix well, knead until smooth with a spoon
4. Add milk and cocoa powder. and coffee little by little. Stir until mixed and pour into a cup in a cup-prepared
5. Bake in preheated oven until cooked cupcake. Lift. Let stand.
6. Once cool sprinkle with powdered sugar.
For fruit 18-20 cupcakes.
